After registering for the Annual General Meeting, you will receive an admission ticket for the Annual General Meeting on June 2, 2026 in Cologne. The ticket contains access data that you can use to authorize the company’s proxy holder via our password-protected online service.
The password-protected internet service is intended solely for granting power of attorney to and issuing instructions to the company’s proxy holder.
All other shareholder rights can only be exercised directly at the Annual General Meeting on June 2, 2026 in Cologne.
The password-protected online service will open on May 11, 2026 and close on June 1, 2026 at 24:00 (CEST).
After that, you can only authorize the company’s proxy holder directly at the Annual General Meeting on June 2, 2026 in Cologne.
